We will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to UPS delivery availability.
For shipments outside of the U.K., please note that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may be raised when the parcel reaches your destination country.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
When you place an order, a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This will also display your order and tracking number.
Please allow up to three business days, not including weekends or holidays for us to process your order. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during periods of high demand.
Returns
All returns must be authorised by us before sending items back. Please send a request to sales@dorateymur.com within 14 days of your order delivery date.
The product must be unworn and returned inclusive of its original box and dust bag. Damaged products will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund for the product if approved will be issued back to the original payment method.
Pre Orders
We are unable to provide refunds for pre order items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange or store credit will be provided towards a future purchase.
